Fulfillment only happens from stocked inventory.
Stock / Incoming is the regular inventory view. US / Single Vial exists because some kits are broken up for testing; single vials are available only in 5+ vial orders and can be mix-and-match. Possible Stock is for requesting a SKU or joining a bulk purchase for a future KNC order.
