Shipping Policy

Effective July 12, 2026

Domestic shipping only. Shipping is currently limited to eligible United States destinations confirmed during order processing. Regular website checkout charges $10.00 domestic shipping when the merchandise amount after any discount is below $150.00, and domestic shipping is free at $150.00 or above.

Order confirmation

Submitting checkout does not start fulfillment. We first confirm availability, documentation, the shipping destination, and payment instructions. Fulfillment begins only after the order and payment are confirmed.

Incoming items

Items marked “Pre-order · Incoming” are not ready for immediate shipment. Any estimated timing is informational and may change. Order-specific timing and cancellation terms will be communicated before final confirmation.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping name and address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after a label is created or a package is transferred to the carrier.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and delivery times vary by inventory status, order review, carrier availability, destination, weather, and other conditions. Any estimate provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact information associated with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed.

Delivery issues

For a missing, damaged, delayed, or misdirected package, contact [email protected] promptly. Include the order reference, package label, issue description, and clear photographs when applicable. Keep the package and all contents until review is complete.

Returned or refused packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or other recipient-side issue may require additional shipping charges before reshipment. Any available resolution depends on package condition and the circumstances.

Research-material handling

Review package condition promptly on arrival and follow the storage information supplied for the specific research material. Do not use any package that appears damaged, compromised, or inconsistent with the confirmed order; contact us first.
