Terms and Conditions

Research use only. Every catalog item is offered solely as a research material. Not for human or veterinary use. No medical, care, diagnostic, therapeutic, or outcome claims are made.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. By using this website or submitting checkout, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Permitted use

Products may be requested only for lawful laboratory, analytical, or research purposes. You may not request products for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or any unlawful purpose. We may reject or cancel any request that appears inconsistent with these restrictions.

Catalog and order confirmation

Catalog listings, prices, availability, and estimated totals may change. Submitting checkout is not acceptance of an order and does not reserve inventory indefinitely. We confirm availability, applicable shipping terms, and payment instructions before an order is finalized.

Incoming items

Items marked “Pre-order · Incoming” are not currently available for immediate fulfillment. Availability and any order-specific timing or cancellation terms will be disclosed before the order is finalized.

Payment

Use only the payment instructions associated with a confirmed order. An order is not considered paid until payment is received and confirmed. Do not send payment to an address or account obtained from an unverified source.

Shipping, risk, and inspection

Shipping eligibility, service level, and timing are governed by the Shipping Policy. Inspect deliveries promptly and contact us with the order reference, package label, description, and photographs when applicable.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligibility is governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Research materials are not automatically returnable. Do not send any item back without written authorization.

Testing and documentation

Testing status and documentation apply only to the specific lot identified. Testing in progress is not a completed result, and documentation for one lot must not be treated as documentation for another.

Website information

We work to keep website information accurate but may correct typographical, catalog, pricing, availability, or documentation errors. We may suspend or change website functionality when needed.

Optional marketing communications

Providing an email address or phone number for an account, checkout, order, payment, shipping, security, fraud prevention, or customer support does not by itself enroll you in marketing. Email and text marketing choices are separate, optional, and not a condition of purchase. If you affirmatively select email marketing, Kit N Caboodle may send product availability updates, company news, and promotions, and each marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method. If you affirmatively select text marketing, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Kit N Caboodle at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and will update your profile if the number changes. Consent may be revoked at any time; revocation does not affect necessary nonmarketing account, security, order, payment, or shipping communications.
